Pg td aku g sogo,jakel n ariani..kt sogo x shoping sgt pn.aku aim g jakel je sbb nk bli kain..fuhh,mmg xsia2 g sbb kain yg harga RM176,time happy hour dpt RM50..kain yg ok,jenis crepe..so aku rembat 7psg,simpn utk raye terus..kt ariani rembat 3helai je...

Mlm ni,kiteorg stay kt intekma resort,uitm s.alam..not bad lah bilik..

suhu ok,tp ade tonsil kt tekak danish..
dan ade gas di p[erutnye,itu yg myebabkan danish muntah2...
doc bg ubat dmm,antibiotik,ubat muntah n ubat stabilkan asid dlm perut..
hope2 danish ok lepas ni..
so far blk dri klinik td,die x muntah..
skrg danish dh tdo..muke dh jd pnjang..
risau pulak nk tggal danish umah nenek esok sbb mummy ade meeting..

tmpat ini femes dgn makanan CHIM CHUM
dulu,harga RM12 seorg...tp skrg dh naik RM16.90 seorg tp berbaloi sbb byk makanan sprti nasi goreng,mee goreng,kueteow goreng,somtam,lontong
dgn harga tu,mkn la smpai pecah perut,xde org nk marah...
sesuai klu mkn ramai2 dgn family...

tp aku ok je..pejam celik pejam celik,rabu ni hri last aku jg exam yiehaaa

  5. eward yourself for accomplishing things. Acknowledge the work you put in and give yourself a pat on the back, instead of immediately rushing into the next task and creating more stress.
  6. Take small breaks during work. Visit a nearby café or take a quick walk, or allow yourself 10 minutes to relax in your office: Close your eyes, strip your mind of work-related thoughts, visualize a pleasant landscape or vacation scene and relax your muscles.
  7. Exercise regularly to maintain your health and release stress, or take up a hobby. Set aside some quiet time to meditate and relax
  8. Give yourself vacations. If indulging in a long vacation (and staying away from work) seems even more stressful, try taking several short vacations per year.
  9. Maintain your perspective by asking yourself, "Is the situation at hand really that serious that I should become stressed-out about it?
